The International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) is an investor-led organization established in 1995. Its mission is to promote effective standards of corporate governance and stewardship to foster efficient markets and sustainable economies worldwide.
The network’s objectives are:
- Influence policy by providing a reliable source for investors on governance and stewardship issues;
- Connect members at global events in order to improve dialogue between companies and investors on long-term value creation;
- Encourage dialogue through education to improve the professionalism of governance and stewardship practices.
In 2019, Etica Sgr joined the network, and in July of the same year Etica Sgr participated in the ICGN Annual Conference held in Tokyo.
