Marco Carlizzi, Chairman

A member of Banca Etica since 2001, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Related Parties Committee of Banca Etica from 2013 to 2022, as well as an Independent Director of Etica Sgr from 2014 to 2023. He is currently the Chairman of Etica Sgr.

Roberto Grossi, General Manager

In 2011 he entered Etica Sgr as Head of Marketing, subsequently taking the role of Deputy Director General in 2017. Director of the Sustainable Finance Forum since 2014, he also sat on the Board of Directors of the Ethical Publishing Cooperative and has written a number of papers on marketing and responsible finance. In 2025, he is appointed General Manager of Etica Sgr.
