In 2013 Etica Sgr spoke at the shareholders’ meetings of six Italian companies and voted, via electronic platform, at the annual shareholders’ meeting of nine foreign firms. Every year Etica Sgr intervenes at the shareholders’ meetings of the companies in which its funds invest urging businesses to think about the social, environmental and governance impacts of their activities.
