In 2012 Etica Sgr spoke at the shareholders’ meetings of five Italian companies and voted, via electronic platform, at the annual shareholders’ meeting of four foreign firms. Every year Etica Sgr intervenes at the shareholders’ meetings of the companies in which its funds invest urging businesses to think about the social, environmental and governance impacts of their activities.
