Etica Funds has always believed in engagement as a fundamental strategy in sustainable and responsible investment (SRI). Engagement consists in dialogue with management and the exercise of the voting rights attached to our shareholdings in UCITs established and/or managed by Etica under a mandate. The aim is to stimulate sustainable and responsible practices in the medium-long term.

This section sets out the areas for evaluation by Etica in relation to engagement activities (dialogue and/or voting) and the guidelines followed during voting at shareholders’ meetings, attended either in person or via an electronic platform.
