On April 22, 2008 Etica SGR voted in the company’s general meeting. Swisscom is the Italian Fastweb’s parent company. Etica SGR voted for the following items in the agenda: approval of the annual financial statements, board of directors renewal, adjustments to the articles of association. The vote has been completed with the collaboration of the swiss foundation Ethos which, for about 15 years, has been proposing motion in more than 100 companies’ general meeting on behalf of 79 public pension funds.
