Complaints

There are various ways to lodge a complaint with Etica Sgr:

  • by e-mail to Compliance, the unit which handles customers’ complaints: compliance@eticasgr.it
  • by certified e-mail to the certified e-mail address of Compliance, the unit which handles customers’ complaints:  reclami@pec.eticasgr.it
  • by registered letter with return receipt to the postal address Compliance – Complaints Office – Via Napo Torriani, 29 – 20124 Milan

Compliance will answer your query within 60 days.

As an alternative to the above, or if you are not satisfied with the responses received from the SGR, or have not received a reply within 60 days, before taking legal action, Consob has made available its own arbitration channel.

From 9 January 2017 you can appeal to the Financial Disputes Arbiter – ACF, presenting your appeal online on the ACF web site (www.acf.consob.it). To understand how the ACF operates, please go to the above web site and read the brochure published by Consob.
