Guidelines on the Stewardship Activities of Etica Funds

Stewardship is a sustainable and responsible investment (SRI) strategy that Etica Funds considers fundamental and has always pursued.
Stewardship activities include engaging in dialogue with company management, exercising voting rights associated with equity holdings in the companies in which the funds invest, and advocating with regulators and standard setters. The aim is to promote sustainable and responsible behavior over the medium to long term.

The Stewardship Policy defines and governs the stewardship strategies adopted by Etica Funds with respect to the financial instruments held by the UCIs (Undertakings for Collective Investment) established and/or managed, also on a delegated basis, by Etica Funds. The goal is to ensure that these activities are carried out in the exclusive interest of the fund subscribers, with the aim of increasing the value of investments over time through a policy inspired by principles of social and environmental responsibility.
