The Compliance Committee is the body tasked with monitoring the workings and observance of the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and ensure that it is kept up-to-date.
Composition of the Compliance Committee:

- Carlo Capotorti (Director)
- Stefano Puce (Head of Compliance and anti-money laundering)
