Its mission is to promote <strong>effective standards of<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"160\" data-end=\"184\">corporate governance<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"189\" data-end=\"204\">stewardship<\/strong> to foster efficient markets and sustainable economies worldwide.<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-65252 size-large lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.eticasgr.com\/app\/uploads\/2020\/03\/logo-1024x307.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"192\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The network\u2019s objectives are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Influence policy by providing a reliable source for investors on governance and stewardship issues;<\/li>\n<li>Connect members at global events in order to improve dialogue between companies and investors on long-term value creation;<\/li>\n<li>Encourage dialogue through education to improve the professionalism of governance and stewardship practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In 2019, Etica Sgr joined the network, and in July of the same year Etica Sgr participated in the ICGN Annual Conference held in Tokyo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN) is an investor-led organization established in 1995.
