Its mission is to support a call to action and foster collaboration among industry players through various working groups, with the goal of reversing biodiversity loss by the end of this decade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Foundation also coordinates the <strong>Finance for Biodiversity Pledge<\/strong>, an initiative that currently brings together over <strong>200 financial institutions<\/strong>\u2014representing <strong>23 trillion euro in assets<\/strong>\u2014committed to urging global leaders to adopt effective measures to combat nature loss and ensure ecosystem resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signatories of the Pledge commit to actively contributing to the protection and restoration of biodiversity through their investment and financing activities by adhering to five key commitments:<br>\u2022 Collaborate and share knowledge<br>\u2022 Engaging with companies<br>\u2022 Assessing impact<br>\u2022 Setting targets<br>\u2022 Reporting publicly on progress related to these commitments<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etica Sgr has been a signatory of the <strong>Finance for Biodiversity Pledge<\/strong> since 2020 and a member of the <strong>Finance for Biodiversity Foundation<\/strong> since 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/urlsand.esvalabs.com\/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.financeforbiodiversity.org%2F&amp;e=72d222bb&amp;h=eab65d6b&amp;f=n&amp;p=y\">www.financeforbiodiversity.org<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Finance for Biodiversity Foundation, established in March 2021, is the leading global organization promoting biodiversity action by financial institutions.
