In addition, Etica Sgr voted in favor of the <strong>payment of dividend<\/strong> proposed because it considered the proposal reflecting the Company&#8217;s capital structure.<br \/>\nIt also voted in favor of the proposal of the Board to repurchase the Company&#8217;s own shares and to issue shares without preemptive rights, because no concerns have been identified.<br \/>\nFinally, Etica Sgr abstained on the ratification of the independent auditors, in office for 20 years: Etica Sgr would like to have more evidence of the independence of the auditor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the first year, on June 17, 2014, Etica Sgr voted, through web platform, at the shareholder general meeting of Nokia, a Finnish Company providing Internet services and telecommunication networks.
