Etica appreciated the drafting of the Sustainability Report, adopted in accordance with the guidelines of the GRI (Global Reporting Initiative). It also invited the Company to achieve a more balanced gender representation on the Board of Directors and a separation of the role of Chairman from CEO\u2019s one. On the human rights issue, Etica Sgr suggested the introduction of monitoring criteria of the social and environmental responsibility in the supply chain.
