The meeting was held in London on July, 24 2007. With more than <strong>a million shares<\/strong> Etica SGR voted for every item in the agenda (financial statement approval, board of directors renewal and remuneration plan), yet the company asked for a <strong>better attention to female presence<\/strong> in the company\u2019s organs and an higher disclosure about remuneration for the management. Etica SGR <strong>voted against<\/strong> the proposals carried by Efficient Capital Structure (ECS) investors.
